What makes ESI the computer of choice? What are the differences between ESI built computers & other manufacturers? These are valid questions when shopping for a new PC. We will explain why our computers are the best in the long run.

Most all system builders use the same technique; they buy components from the major suppliers, assemble the PC then put their name on the case. We use the same principles, with quality components and unsurpassed support. Our systems are custom built to your specifications, and to suit your personal needs.

A major difference in the systems is the price of the products used inside. Computers that are low priced, use low price parts. These parts normally lack performance, reliability or both. We choose to use high quality parts that have a proven track record. This insures long life, high reliability and proven performance. We are an authorized Intel channel partner, which means we can provide quality Intel components and support.

If you are shopping on price alone, you will find systems that cost less than ours. Keep in mind most of the other manufacturer’s warranties require you to do the troubleshooting and repair. Be aware that “in home service” may mean that you service your own PC while talking to a repair person on the phone. Our ESI systems include a 1 year parts/2 year labor warranty, and we repair the PC here in our local office.

We provide support for all of our systems. If you have a problem, we are here to help. No one can provide you with better support than we can! With computers, everyone runs into something they don’t understand or can create a problem they can’t resolve, and we’re here to help when this occurs.
